Neil is the Finance Control Officer of Paget-Brown Trust Company Ltd. having joined the firm in October 2019. Neil works closely with the COO and CFO to ensure operational control and efficiency regarding client service and the company’s own financial matters.

Prior to joining Paget-Brown, Neil worked as a Senior Fund Accountant with Citco Fund Services (Cayman Islands) Limited where he was responsible for overseeing the fund accounting of a portfolio of CIMA regulated multi-strategy investment funds. In 2016, Neil joined KPMG in the Cayman Islands where he was a Senior Auditor of the alternative investments team leading the audits of offshore hedge funds, fund of funds and private equity funds using US GAAP and IFRS frameworks.

Neil started his professional career with EY Canada working with the audit teams of operational companies in both the public and private sectors.

Neil earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree, majoring in accounting and finance, from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba. Neil then went on to obtain his Chartered Accounting designation in 2015 with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
